Business Development Partner
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: A Master’s/bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Some positions may require a master's degree.
Experience: Relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills
Identifying Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
Analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
Identify new markets and customer needs.
Building and Maintaining Relationships:
Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Present products or services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
Strategic Planning: Work with the leadership team to develop and implement business development strategies.
Contribute to the development of long-term organizational goals and objectives.
Partnership Development: Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with the company’s goals.
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements.
Market Expansion: Develop plans to enter new markets and expand the company’s footprint.
Evaluate the feasibility of entering new markets and assess potential risks.
Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to track key performance indicators and measure the success of business development initiatives.
Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve business objectives.
Provide guidance and support to team members when needed.
